The Samawati Trading Company Splash Pad located at Kidani Village in Animal Kingdom Lodge is a unique splash pad that is a great contained area for little ones to play. The Animal Kingdom Lodge splash pad features water cannons, splash buckets, and a peaceful rocky waterfall setting for the kids to play in. More adventurous little ones will love the Kidani Village splash pad’s tunnel waterslide that travels through a rocky cave.

Pro Tip: Don’t miss the amazing restaurants at Animal Kingdom Lodge.  Jiko the Cooking Place is one of the best restaurants in Disney World for adults with fine South African Cuisine prepared in a beautiful setting.  Sanaa, while lesser known, serves incredible Indian flavors and beautiful views of the animals at the lodge.

Kiki Tikis is the tropical splash pad found at the Polynesian Village Resort. With nooks, crannies, and a rope bridge, thie Disney Polynesian splash pad may be the best splash pad at Disney World.  Kids will love the spitting tiki fountains, and the waterfalls cascading onto the pad.  There is also a shallow wading pool and a water slide.  The play area is specifically designed for kids 48 inches and under.  It is unique, and makes Disney’s Polynesian Resort one of the best Disney hotels with a splash pad.

Pro Tip:  If you stop by the Polynesian Village Resort, try to get a seat in Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto, an interactive Tiki Bar.  Kids are allowed in from 3PM-8PM.  We recommend getting there first in line at 3PM to get a table.  

Grand Floridian Splash Pad

The Grand Floridian splash pad one of the most unique splash pads in Disney World. With an Alice in Wonderland theme, the Mad Hatter hat sits on top of the splash pad and dumps water over the playground once it fills up. An oversized teapot also sprinkles water on playing children.
