We were recently invited to a family event in Atlantic City. It was hard to find kid friendly restaurants amidst a town that mostly caters to adults. After a bit of searching, we were able to fill our trip with some really fun spots. If you know where to look there are several kid friendly restaurants in Atlantic City that are great for visiting families. Read on for our list!
Rainforest Cafe

A family classic, the Rainforest Cafe is one of the most kid friendly restaurants in Atlantic City. With a heavy jungle theme, animatronic animals, and a thunder storm every 22 minutes, kids of all ages will be mesmerized by this magical restaurant.
Food is basic, and you pay for the experience. I recommend the Korean Spicy Stir Fry Chicken for adults. It’s reasonably portioned, and packs a decent flavor.

The Rainforest Cafe kids menu is something special, with dinosaur shaped chicken and shrimp nuggets, as well as other kid favorites like grilled cheese, pizza, and pasta. Every kids meal comes with a side of corn, applesauce, fruit or veggies, and the meal even comes with a dessert.
There is an immersive store at the front of Rainforest Cafe which kids will love to browse. There are jungle themed toys and gifts, adding to the overall fun experience of the restaurant.
If you are visiting Atlantic City, don’t hesitate to check out the Rainforest Cafe. It makes for a great experience, memorable photos, and a day filled with fun.
