The Grand Floridian Spa

The Grand Floridian has a tranquil, luxurious spa that is a lovely treat after several days of walking around Disney World. Full service, they offer everything from manicures, to massages and body treatments. They recently remodeled and opened their doors again in January 2022.

Online booking is available through a spa reservation platform. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed into the Florida garden themed lobby. You will be given your choice of four different colored stones, each which will determine the theme of your treatment. Once in the treatment room, the color of the room and the aromatherapy for your treatment will be determined by your stone choice.

After your treatment, you have access to the lounge area which includes a hot tub, heated tile chairs, and a steam room. There is also a relaxation room with comfortable lounge chairs, and light snacks including fruit mix and nuts, as well as water and hot tea.

Mandara Spa – Dolphin Hotel

The Mandara Spa is an exotic retreat located in the EPCOT resort area in the Dolphin Hotel. It is one of the best spas in Disney world, and occupies 10,500 square feet!

With Balinese themed luxurious decor, the spa features an elaborate Tea Garden themed sitting room, as well as a Meditation Garden.

The lounge areas are really beautiful, and they serve a light lunch if you choose to spend the day at the spa. Treatments are unique and and range from an Asian Bathing Ritual to the Elemis Exotic Lime and Ginger Salt Glow.
